Scarsdale Schools k-12 Sustainable Garden Project

Over the last two years, alongside Scarsdales’ educators and staff, Greenleaf Gardens Inc. has implemented several successful pilot projects at the seven schools in Scarsdale. In addition to working with individual classes, we have also established garden clubs at the Scarsdale Middle School and the Scarsdale High School. gardenpics/MSwatering.jpg

St. Christopher's Garden

Greenleaf Gardens Inc. has partnered with St. Christopher's Residential Program for autism spectrum teenagers to design, develop, and maintain a one acre garden at their facility at the Jenny Clarkson campus in Valhalla, NY.  This is a vocational program and food producing garden in one, and the surplus food will be donated to local charitable organizations to help alleviate hunger in Westchester County.
